After three months of developing EchoVax, testing it with clinic clients, and refining the system around their day-to-day needs, our capstone was successfully defended and passed to the panel.
EchoVax is a web-based patient intake and branch operations system for Dr. Pau Animal Bite Center, Pandi Branch. It supports patient records, vaccination schedules, inventory, billing ledgers, appointments, messaging, and end-of-day reports, with staff review built into patient care workflows.
Seeing the project move from months of implementation and client testing to a successful defense was a meaningful milestone for our team. Thank you to the clinic staff who shared feedback throughout development and to the panel for reviewing our work.
