Months of research, sleepless nights, and countless debugging sessions led to something truly remarkable. Our team developed a Web-Based Inventory Management System — designed to streamline stock tracking, optimize resource allocation, and eliminate inefficiencies for businesses.
The system was built from the ground up during our Senior High School capstone year at Golden Minds Colleges (GMC). We tackled real pain points that small businesses face daily: manual stock counting, inaccurate records, and zero visibility into inventory movement. Our solution automated those processes with a clean, intuitive web interface backed by a reliable database architecture.
The panel of faculty evaluators recognized the project's practical value, technical depth, and real-world applicability — awarding us the Best Thesis of the Year under the Research and Innovation category. It was the first major validation that what we build actually matters beyond the classroom, and it set the tone for everything that came after.
